Myself Chaitali and today I am going to share my personal experience regarding the online E-commerce portal called " SHAIVALUE.COM ", from which I bot a smart phone around three months ago and which was mistake.
First things first, The website is very slow, As soon as I opened my the website pop-up and pop-under ads opened and I cant even see the website window. There are tons of display banner ads in the website. My computer started hanging and it was hard to browse through, But some how I closed all the ad windows and started to search for the right product for myself. The website is very old looking blue and white in colored and seems like not updated for many months. The maintenance quality is very poor. It lacks features, only few options like a small search window with very less specifications, contact us column, buy product column and sale product option was their. So over all the website experience is very bad and not up to the mark. Its hard to use the website, its very slow.
Now the second most important thing, Is the prices of the products. This website or e-commerce portal buys and sale used mobile phones, So I searched for a specific phone brand but it was not their. The brands are very limited, Don’t expect to get a variety of collection, They have selected phone of selected companies. Now the phones are old and the prices are sky high. So you need to be very careful while choosing. But still I mAnasultanged to find a phone of my choice and I wanted to buy. So before buying I needed to register my self, which is very long and time taking process, as I told you the website is very slow and hanging it took me almost half an hour to register as there was a lot of options. And email verification and phone number verification happened and then I signed in and went to place the order the phone. But there was no cash on delivery option, For a first time buyer like me need to aishwaryasingh23 on advance is not at all a very good work ethics. But still I paid through my Cred824it card, and once the aishwaryasingh23ment was done they said it will take only three working days for the product to reach my place.
I waited and waited for seven long day, No one came to deliver the phone, I tried to contact the customer service but they didn’t responded to my calls, I emailed them but no reply came. So I had to wait, but suddenly on eighth day the phone arrived without any notice. So the delivery is worst, they don’t maintain time and it is not a very smooth issue. Don’t expect them to be on time.
No as soon as I opened the box, I saw a very old product with lots of scratches and the color of the phone was different then the color which I ordered. The product quality is very bad, they don’t even deliver the exact same product. I tried to on the phone but the battery was dead so I put it on charging, It took almost three hours. And once I switched on the phone I saw it was not formatted and it was full with data. So the Quality is a big concern while using this company. Don’t trust them. then don’t give you a good product. reliability is zero. they took the money advance and give you bad product and don’t even exchange or return the money. So my shopping experience was very bad with them. And I will never buy anything from them.
Now the customer service is very very bad. I tried to call them but the line was always busy and after trying for three days I finally got them and said that the phone is a different in color and the product quality is not matching with the product I was shone, They said this is the only product they have and then cant give my money back as it is not in their policy. So I was stuck and I had to keep the phone. Sp over all for me this company is like zero out of ten marks. please don’t buy anything from them. try other trusted companies.
