I have purchased a mobile phone Micromax A110, which come out to be a faulty piece.I contacted the customer care and was asked to get the DOA done.Next day I got it done as well, and sent the DOA with phone back to saholic.
Adding on to my wonders they sent it back stating the packaging is not accordingly. THE DOA WAS DECLARED TO BE GENUINE BY MICROMAX CUSTOMER CARE AS WELL AS THE AUTHORIZED CENTRE. THIS ISSUE IS STILL PENDING SINCE 1 AND HALF MONTH. SAHOLIC S**KS BIG TIME. BETTER PURCHASE STUFF FROM A RETAILER IN YOUR AREA.
