Wonder why the vendor is holding up the product when it arrived in Mumbai on the night of Sept 27, 2012. And, the delivery vendor "Delhivery" didn’t cared to deliver the product on time despite Mumbai being a major commercial city. Maybe they were closed on Friday, or didn’t bothered to deliver the order on time. I wrote an email on company website on Sept 30, and response was " Dear Sir/Mam,
We apologize for the delay in delivery by our courier partner. We have escalated the matter to them and this shall be delivered soon.

Damn, such a pathetic logistics provider ’Delhivery" this company is handling. That is so crap.
I will never be doing business with such ill-organized website ever again. Better be doing business with companies who can deliver the orders on time.
