Had ordered a Kartbon Tablet on 6/2, to be delivered by 9/2- Order 335440. Nightmare begins, dozens of calls, emails to customer care, and courier company Delhivery. Vague and irresponsble answers from customer care and courier company. Referred to an online consumer action forum.
On 20/2, the order number is silently changed on the website Order 347344no email or intimation of the change, product is delivered on 22/2 after 3 weeks, no apologies whatsoever. Pack from courier was intact, however, inside product box seal is cut. Product switched on, LED display is shaded in the sides, call up customer care about the product box being opened, screen shading, listens and says take photo and send and then we will decide ?. Is it worth talking to such irresponsible people.
Onus on the customer to junk the product or run after manufacturer warranty...Even small sellers on ebay inform for a reverse pick up by their courier and send back products. Unbelievable how this major operator play with the consumer.
