I am a very disappointed customer of Saholic.com. I had placed an order for a new Sony Xperia SOla (order no.234784) on the 24th of sept.
I waited for 5 business days and there was no news about the phone. And since then, I had been calling their customer service, lodged a series of complaints but were of no use.. They could not provide me with any resolution. They were not sure where my shipment was or even track it...
It took them 8 more days to to issue a fresh order(since they LOST THE FIRST PRODUCT in midway) and I again had to wait 5 more days to get my phone...
In total I had to wait 21 days after making the payment.Also, They assign cheap courier agencies like DELHIVERY in my case to deliver the products who dont care if the parcel reach on time or in good shape..
they lost my first parcel.
For the second order too, I had to go and fetch it from the courier office ( they said they dint have delivery boys at the moment to deliver the item and would delay another 2 days) so I decided to go and get it myself )
And after all this I am rightly eligible for compensation for my loss and their bad service. They were not at all co-operative or dint provide me any compensation.
TRULY THE WORST EXPERIENCE.. !!. FRIENDS NEVER GO FOR SAHOLIC.COM.
I will make sure no one I know would shop ever from saholic.com
