This dealer is located at -Shimla Park besides Amber Hotel Mumbra Kausa.Apart from brand HONDA they have nothing worth. The employees including the manager re on cloud Nine & careless towards sale.
They have no time for customers. You will find themselves always busy on phone.
I don’t think they are even aware of what courtesy means. The management also lethargic & seems uninterested in selling.
Go for cash buying, they may talk to you but when you talk about loan or enquire more they get rude.
they will force you to buy accessories if you refuse they won’t co-operate & if you are buying on loan, than for sure you will be literally blackmailed
they are bunch of crooks & if this continues they will soon face music from mumbra people.
Don’t think of complaining about them to hoonda, writing emails or anything on that lines, because again the customer care is also same.
it seems the brand honda’s reputation has filled lot of air in their dealers nose.
