I bought a new Maruti Swift Dezire - VXI from Sai services -Andheri. After the finalisation of the deal, their sales execuitve requested to take the 5 years extended warranty for my new car. That time the sales executive did not disclosed the condition that, we have to do the servicing of our car through their authorised service stations only for all the 5 years. The other conditin is that we have to take the car inusrance through Sai services during the extended warranty period or else we’ll not get the benefit of extended warranty.
It is very unfortunate for the customer that Sai services is hiding these conditions before salling the extended warranty against the new car. Please be aware of Sai services tactics
