Just don’t give in to there promises. I booked an Alto lx on 2-May-10 at Sai service Goregaon west near MTNL building, I was told delivery in 3 weeks. But now on 02-June-10, they just keep saying that they are not making my model at all and it was take 1 more month. First of all they just don’t call, I only have to follow up with them for any any thing.
The day before booking they said one week, on the say of booking 3 weeks cos someone else has taken the car and now after one month they are saying one more month. During booking all kinds of promises were made but now they say what can we do if maruti is not sending your car. Only a stupid person can take that excuse.
My recommendation, don’t bother dealing with them.
