The charges are 800rs for cardio only and 700rs for gym only.However in addition to this there is one time joining fees and the joining fees is 100rs.
The gym has mainly one hall where all the machinery is located.in addition to this it also has one room above the gym that is mainly used for abs workout.
The equipment is fairly new as they have renovations done recently and new machinery is added.
The timings of gym are:
The morning shift is from 5: 30am till 11: 00am.
Then evening shift is from 4: 00pm till 9: 30pm.
On sunday gym is closed.
The staff people are really helpful and tjey help you throughout.However some rules are mandatory like keeping gym clean and not using the dirty shoes etc.
However at such cheap price its affordable.Moreover the trainers are very experienced and they are pretty helpful.
Overall you can say good value for money.
