My take is, it is the best hospital in town, state of art facility and ambiance, and an experienced surgical and clerical staff...
But like any new venture of this magnitude there will be teething problems, in staff expectations and response.
Even hospitals in the west have problems with irate staff, but that should not put a tarnish on the facility.

Just the ambiance and hygiene is a quantum jump from the likes of Jaslok, SION, Breach Candy.
However it has no Emergency or Cardiac unit which

ps: I was a patient had the hospital for 2 days
