They are the biggest land fraud organisation ever in Pune. Also called the master cheaters, they have taken so much money from people and never ever handed over any piece of land to anyone.
The documents are improper and the land that they show will always have some litigation. Their working style is first the sales person gets to understand your concerns that you see in that piece of land. Then the sales person tells all the problems that the customer has pointed out and they put it in front of the owners, KR Malik and his stupid son Sharukh Malik. They call up the legal team and try to get the solution for the customer’s problem and then call the customer and make him sit with a lawyer. Once they sit in front of the lawyer(who is paid handsomely) he clears all their doubts and the customer is then made to buy a property which he later comes to know was full of issues.
Once such case is of my friend. He bought a piece of land and is from Mumbai. They made him sign a letter where he was forced to sell the land through them only. He approached them since he was in need of money. They offered him a very low price and quoted the same land to another buyer in Pune with a margin of 50% profit on that land. Unfortunately the buyer turned out to be an acquaintance of my friend and contacted them directly and came to know of their deal. In his case they came to know but there are so many deals that they do in this way and collect black money from customers as the government rate of the land is very low. They already have an income tax case going on and the owners are out on bail. Be careful and never ever trust Sairung Developers ever for any kind of dealing.
