This is a honest review from an ex-employee!
If you want to ruin you career then join this company. The owner of the company "Neni Tiwari" is a big time fraudster. This is more like a "Baniye ki Dukan" with no management.
A brief about this company: The company houses around 40 agents who were booking flight tickets for "Value World Travel" - An Australian travel agency owned by Neni Tiwary.
Neni Tiwari sits in Australia and I usually had calls with him for work related purpose and one day he started shouting for no particular reason which I did not like at all. I decided to resign and I was immediately asked to leave the office without even allowing me to serve the notice saying that I misbehaved on call. When asked for 1 month or the salary I was threatened that they would give termination letter and then I can fight legally and stuff like that which obviously a common man wouldn’t do. So I took the letter and left without arguing. But this was on my mind for at least a month and I couldn’t sleep for many nights.
Just a month back I came to know that "Value World Travel" folded and this guy ran away with all the money which people had saved to return to India. The money is around 3 million$
