Well, i’m not a big fan of depilatory creams. They are chemicals and yes, chemicals are harsh on the skin. They discolor the skin, too, on prolonged use, especially the underarms. Waxing is the best option for the hair removal and next come shaving, if you know how to do it.
Having said my views on any depilatory cream, I have to tell you that i’ve tried this one too. A friend of mine had tried this and was raving how shiny and smooth her legs were. The next time I went to the drugstores, I checked this one out. Baby oil? hmmm.... seems pretty good. And aloe too... I bought one for 5 bucks and tried it as soon as I came home. so, what did I find?
That this works. I had smooth shiny legs and hands for the party... and also a nasty headache from the smell. Sorry, this one does stink.
So, if you need the shiny waxed leg look without the hassle and pain, if you are not sensitive to the nasty smell and do not have a sensitive skin, AND IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE THIS OFTEN, you can try this. Otherwise stay clear from this and any other depilatory creams. Whatever package they come in, they are all one and the same.
And yes, I gave mine away to the friend who introduced this to me.
