Sambodhi Research Management Institute is a totally Boss oriented company and NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. They do not think about any employee if their work is pending and if the CEO of SRMI is not good mood, you cannot go and talk to her.
And CEO and Director does not know anything about marketing(ATL, BTL & OOH) and acts like they know everything. They are pretty confused with these terms usually what they do is convert ATL to BTL and BTL to ATL. Suppose you did a BTL activity in a shopping mall, its an ATL activity for the BOSS not a BTL because according to them you had a large target crowd irrespective of the chosen medium of communication.
There are no HR Policies in the organisation, there is only one person handling HR who works like a Sarakari Employee and they do not believe in giving salary slips unless and until asked and if you are in SRMI, you cannot talk to HR directly even the HR asked the caller to mail or call via CEO.
Appraisal and Incentive are the two things, which you will hardly find in this company. You will get a appraisal of 2.5% to 5% maximum on yearly basis and NO COMP OFFS even if you are working for a month on continuous basis, because according to them COMP OFF’s are not for management cadre executives and executives don’t have social lives and need to work only.
The copies of certificates which we generally submit to HR, will be used for some or other purpose by SRMI without your consent and knowledge, might be to get some affiliations from universities.
Its a TOTALLY LALA COMPANY, NO GROWTH, NO FUTURE.
