We had a booked a Land and Hotel Tour Package for 1st week March 2024, the agency modus operandi is to get 50% advance and then they will make you Run after them and misbehave and speak in the most RUDE Manner, I had asked them to Upgrade my Hotels to better ones and had agreed to pay the delta amount, after being paid 50% advance, I had to chase them to get the Hotel confirmation Vouchers, they had send us lower class hotels voucher on their letter head , on asking them that they need to change to the hotels as agreed and paid for, they said we cannot do anything and call after 3 day’s, we casually called them Hotels name given and suprising , 2 hotels denied any confirmation in our name, repeatedly the agent spoc for us kept saying that hotels are booked , upon asking hotel email confirmation received at their end, they have a team so called Booking department who will mis behave and talk to you rudely. Please Don’t ever Book through them, I could only read their reviews after getting cheated as now they are not giving any Refund.
