FRAUD company and FRAUD people !!
sampuranyatra.com is a company of fraudesters and their only intent is to please you with nice talks and loot your money.
DONT TRUST THEM, YOU WILL ONLY REGRET YOUR DECISION.
My Kerala travel vacation in March 24 is completely ruined by them. They took 50% advance money to book the agreed hotels and cab. But once they had the money, it was a nightmare to even reach out to the sales agent (Akriti Chauhan). After few dozens of calls and messages, she gave excuse that she is in hospital (a lie). After 15 days of advance payment, she didn’t book the agreed hotels. Company fraud was caught by their own mistake, they sent me a travel voucher with different lower grades hotels bookings. When I enquired, Akriti said voucher is a misprint and my bookings are done with the agreed hotels only. Upon asking for corrected voucher, she started making excuses, avoiding calls and messages. Her suspicious behaviour alerted me and I did enquiry with all the agreed hotels and with those non-agreed ones too which were mentioned in the voucher. To my horror and shock, they never reached out the agreed hotels for my bookings and the ones printed in voucher has confirmed booking in my name. Also, the confirmed booking hotels told me that money is not paid and sampuran yatra said it should be charged to the customer upon arrival. I have their response as a record on my email.
So these CHEATERS are taking your money, making some random bookings and also not paying them.
When I reached out to company owner Ramesh Kumar, he said initially that he will ask his team to get my bookings corrected but after that he stopped answering my calls and messages. I had called him 200 times to get a response in the first place like chasing him has become my full time job.
I am lodging a case in consumer forum against this FRAUD company as they are not responding to my email when I asked for full refund of my 50% advance payment.
This company’s registration should be cancelled to stop them cheating customers and ruining their vacation plan.
