Big fraud company.
Please don’t trust them ..
We family of seven booked maldives tour on August 4th 2023 and paid 282500 for the tour package and after one month they told us they cannot proceed with tour because they have undercoated the price and they toldthatone of their agent Mr sanjeev did that and company was unaware...
Then MD of companytold me they will refund my money in Octoberand he did not ..
We were in touch with the MD of company almost every day for refund..
Finally he gave two post dated cheque 150000 and 132500 dated 29Nov and 11 December....Both the CHEQUE BOUNCED twice due to insufficient funds in the bank..
Then MD called me again and asked for time till December 30., andagain today hecalled and told me give 15 days more days time ..
Dear Customers of sampuran yatra please let me know what I should do now. I am extremely tired calling these guys and talking about refund every day.
Sometimes they respond ..Sometimes they don’t...
I am form Bangalore ...Just to save little money I switched from make my trip to
sampuranyatra ...
Now I am struggling to get my refund...It is already 5 months ..
NO TRIP & NO REFUND TILL DATE
Please let me know what should Ido now...
I am cheated...
