This is Chor company don’t ever take any package from this sampurana Yatra the executives miss Kiran Ratna from his a fraud they will commit u something and after paying the whole amount these people have not followed the single thing....infact to visit the points their driver will ask u extra money over and above the package also the meals what they mention they don’t provide the same in itenary they will mention 10points but will show u only 1 or 2 points....after that they won’t pick Ur calls please don’t book any package it’s Chor company having life time bad experience
If some one ask me rate Sampurna Yatra I will give 0 out of 10. Executive of this company even don’t know how to talk with customer once you book the package they will chase you for everything from payment acknowledgment regarding itanery.
They will mention 10 points in itanery but after as we had booked for manali dellhousie and Amritsar tour...in Manali after visiting two points driver was asking for money over and above the package if not paid they will not proceed and will stop the car ....such horrible experience then in dellhousie infact whole day we were asked to sit in hotel as they mentioned that wheather condition that’s pathetic...when informed the same to sampurana Yatra miss Kiran Ratna the sales executive was rude to me for no reason and said u pay extra to driver if still u want us to drive in bad wheather condition I was like why should I pay extra this was not told to me then driver drop us at hotel so they didn’t cover a single point and they raise their hand saying that clause main Likha hai humne weather conditions kharb hogi to sampurana Yatra not responsible....chor Chor Chor not get trapped please don’t book any package if they provide u at 5000 Even when I told them about worst service of Hotel they did not took any step for it.Not even their executive come to meet me welcoming of guest is for away.They concern only for money when they get it they will not bother to take care of their guest. PL PL PL don’t recommend Sampurna yatra to any tourist.its humble request pl do not recommend this services to any tourist.i can write the whole experience its that bad but cannot write this long...
