Hailing from serampore this is the one restaurant I frequently go with my family and friends.There is nice ring to its name ’Samrat’ but on entering the restaurant one will realise there is nothing fancy about it.
Personally, I find this restaurant less spacious.sonetimes it feels kinda claustrophobic when too many people are around and the quality of food is also okay.nothing to bluff about!
Still its better than other restaurants so its 50-50 for me personally.
