Being in hospitality industry, it is very important for the staff and employees of any hotel to be humble and treat their guests well. However the staff at Samsara was least interested and highly arrogant. We were a group of 25 people and we had booked 10 rooms in the resort. We were on full board basis in the resort. The behavior of the staff was really bad in restraunt and in front office.
They had 3 big pools but the water was dirty and you would be scared to enter the pool or you might get any skin infections. On asking them they said that they clean the pool on weekly basis and they have green water in the pool cuz of rain. So going into the pool was a big risk.
The food was average. Also the rooms were too small and smelled so bad.
All in all it was a bad experience at this resort.
