Got his product from the local store in our city. The AC is looking a bit old but the performance is not the best.
PROS
-Inverter AC is way more useful in the places where the power cut is frequent
-Service is nice, the technicians came to the home the day itself I bought the AC
-Samsung AC’s are not cheap but they are pretty much affordable when compared with the OGeneral and othe top brands
CONS
- Looks are pretty old I expected a lot more premium finish
Overall this is an average product not the best one you can buy in the market.
