I have bought samsung 1031 LFB before six months . it is good I like to use it as it has grill and convention features and digital display and sound which makes our cooking easy . but the cleaning process is little bit hard too . more over its customer service is very poor they just talk about their warranty but never keep their promise.they told me to sent a technical boy for showing a demo . but still no one arrived at my house . and even after six month ie.
Now when it got damaged and stopped working we submitted our problem they told us to sent a technical boy to solve our problem but they failed . after calling them many a times they were careless and irresponsible.
So think before buying.
