I purchased this Samsung 32inch LED joy series three years ago. Would love to share that ordeal I had when I was using it. After one year of purchase, my panel was gone. When I called customer care for the service, he said the cost was around 22k.
After getting overhauled, again I started encountering the same problem. Soon after, I’d encountered the problem of oversaturated colors. Comparatively, sony is realistic. Picture quality wasn’t to the expectations. Audio was extremely poor and had to buy home theatre. Even 3D glasses weren’t given with this tv. So I solemnly recommend Sony or LG rather than this if you’re seeking out a LED tv.
