First of all the quality of the tv is awesome .its better than any other tv .availabele out there there are many slots available in this tv like usb. Av etc and the quality os the plastich and metal are awesome and it has high resolution display in it .its awesome and the sound quality is hd clear and the servicses are available any where they come in any time .what we need to do is just call thr customer service. Its absolutely value for money and I always recccommend lg or samsung only to buy. Its my honest review
