We bought this tv in november 2010. It has been 7 years now, the motherboard has crashed and needs to be replaced as told to us by the samsung customer service technician who visited our place twice ( Service request number [protected] & reference number [protected]) .
We told him to go ahead replace the motherboard, and he says the part is no more available. I contacted customer care again to speak to senior executives and managers. They just apologized and hung up. I told them that if they cannot make the part available, they must compensate for it in some way. Do you expect customer.
