My Samsung washing machine which is under warranty shreds my clothes, rips off the sleevs, and makes huge holes in everything. The service centre took the machine for repair and returned it after 2 weeks in an even worse condition. Phone calls to the call centre are in vain, and the so-called’callback from the supervisor’ never happens!
