I purchased this machine and at the time of its installation, its representative sold me 3 years extended warranty, too. After 2 years, when its original warranty expired, machine stopped spinning. Called up the Samsung service centre, technician came after 2 days, didn’t check and straightaway raised request for its suspenders. After 5 dats he changed the suspenders, problem remained unresolved. Again after numerous phone calls some one else came opened the machine for the sake of opening, raised the request to change its motor n never turned up. The first technician called up saying he will visit my house to replace the motor and happily never turned up. Called up its call centre and spoke to its supervisor, he promised to call me immediately after looking into the matter. He also didn’t bother to call me back. After, almost 20 days, complaint remained unresolved and I got a whatsapp saying my complaint is closed and I should give them 10 star feedback. I request you never buy the samsung washing machines as its customer zervice is the most aweful. Till dare, my issue is unresolved even after purchasing its extended warranty.
