Value for money: I think that the TV is little expensive as compared to other TV brands, but its additional features makes it different from other TVs that is why its a value for money,
Service and Support: Samsung is giving a good customer support services to the customers, The service team are having good working skills and if there is some fault in the TV they provide service at cheap rates.
