Samsung is one of the best name for electronics good. I have two A.C. and both are of samsung. This A.C. is working very good and chilling the room very fast. Five star gives really good power saving. This split A.C. is having copper pipe. Samsung warranties for three years and best sevice provider amongst all the brands. Samsung offers two free service in a year. Our old A.C. is working in good condition even it is 5 year old and wirking without any issues and problem. I will definately recommend this A.C. as a good buying option.
