Service and support:
Samsung provides best service and support but at a delayed time period. They will come around 2-3 days after asking for help.
Cooling and Sound:
Thsi ac is very quiet in working and provides best cooling with minimal noise. But the problem comes when we talk about cooling, this ac consumes a lot and lots of power for cooling a living room down as compared with voltas and blue star ACs’.
Quality and durability :
This ac is mot at all a good quality product from Samsung. Instead it is the worst product from their side. I’m not quite sure about is durability though.
Value for money:
No no no it is not a good value for money. Dont waste your money on this product as this is merely a high power consuming resistance in your home circuitry.
