Dear friends, Samsung in terms of Air Conditioner is not a good company.I bought an Samsung AC in march, 2016 and found it that it is the worst AC I ever seen.It is not a durable and reliable product and when AC is working it creates some sound.First year it worked fine but after that we just start to hate it. It do not cool the room and needs gas after every two weeks.The service and support of the Samsung AC service center is also not good and just charge very high price for repairing it.Also the AC engineer that comes regularly for repairing the AC is annoyed with that AC as when engineer just repair it, AC just creates new problem if previous get solved.It just got repaired 7-8 times in this season which costs a lot.So, the value of money for this AC is very less and just found it the worst!
