Samsung is prominent brand among electronic products so I trusted Samsung while purchasing air conditioner for my office .But results are unsatisfactory. In 2 months cooling was reduced and not giving proper cooling .water started out, from inner outlet was disappointed .
My a.c. was in warranty period, they still charge for repairs parts replace, had to pay rs3000 .After 15 days same problem persists .I call back service support but no response .
In next year I have to refill gas in samsung split a.c.
Really friends taken lesson not to buy Samsung a.c. though Samsung providing best in smartphones but not in other electronic products.
