I bought this ac in 2018 and it was working fine till mid 2019 but after that the leaking started and I decided to contact samsung support.
After a professional came and examined the situation and he said there some problem with the leakage of the compressor gas and it will be fixed. Once the servicing is done and he suggested to try his own servicing apart from samsung and he will charge less and as the warrenty of the ac is expired the samsung will charge more.
I decided to stick with samsung for the reliability I have on samsung .
Next day the electrician came again and started his work and when we contacted samsung care they said the warrenty is not expired and he is lying to you and I dont have to pay anything to the electrician.
When we told electrician about it he simple said OK. and went after repairing.
This was my experience with samsung support .
