Compressor Blast explosion

It has been one month since there was a BLAST in my A/C compressor. Had called up the call centre regarding this issue. The call centre, service centre and the senior executives don’t seem to understand the seriousness of the issue.


It looks like they are avoiding and ignoring it because the product is in warranty. An engineer had visited my place once and disappeared after that.


Since then I’ve been calling your call centre daily. And they are playing hide and seek with me. The service centre does not respond to any calls. Everytime you call at the call centre they give you a reference number which is completely useless. This is my reference number for your information 8457359241.


Even spoke with 2 senior executives regarding this issue. Their response is slow and useless.


So finally I got a call from the service centre after one month of hard work. And the person tells me he is out of compressors. What the hell!


If you don’t have compressors available then why are you selling air conditioners. Lost all trust on samsung, their service and their product. Had to spend this entire summer without an A/C. My latest reference number which they update at least 2-3 times daily is 8457359241.
