Samsung India service is very poor and Samsung robs money from their customers following way:-
They first sell their ACs through their dealers. Their dealers have unqualified engineer for AC installation. So the AC installed would start leaking( water coming out of indoor unit) in few weeks and stop working! You will be forced to call up Samsung support as dealer stops responding your call. Samsung support will then inform you that Dealer has installed the AC units wrong way, so go to Dealer and get it fixed. Else pay us Rs. 1500+ 10.3% Service else you can live with that faulty Samsung ACs!
It happened with me. I bought 1 Ton Split Window from Sound And Vision, ( 184 - 185, Delhi Gate, Udaipur 313001 Phone - 0194-2526037), a Samsung dealer and went through the process as above!
Avoid Samsung ACs, be wary of Samsung dealers. I think Samsung appoints their dealers without checking any quality on dealers service engineers!
Wasted my time and money.
