I am really dissatisfied with Samsung air-condition, because it looks good before buying but after sale service is very very bad and with the service engineer rash behavior it is still becoming worsen. Even though I have given complaint regarding service engineer’s rash behavior.
I tell you the person which they have sent recently have not done the service nicely as he was talking in phone and was very carelessly dong the service. Now I have decided that I will not buy any of Samsung products in future.
