My only purpose of writing it here is just to aware all about the Services of Samsung so that they can stay away from Samsung. The mistake I did may not be repeated by any other friend who may come across this review to save few bugs. I bought a window AC 3 yrs back but In April last week all the problems started, I requested samsung call centre for the yearly Service of the AC and the below is the feedback for the same point wise::
- First of all I have to make so many calls to service engineer for the servicing, He came for the service after 02 Days The engineer who came said that the gas has to be re-filled and & will go to service centre for Gas re-fill (informed it will cost Inr 1000 + 250 Transport Cost).
He immediately charged INR 280 as service Fees, So total would be aroung 1500. We agreed to do so.
- Next day we got a call from Service centre guy that ACs cooling coil also need to replace as its not working properly and it will cost another 1400.
We agreed on this also & we paid INR 2920
Again in couple of days only AC stopped doing cooling and we immediately called up call centre and again the same process got started and service engineer iformed us the same issue of Gas leakage.
Again AC went to Service centre & came back by 12th May & again they asked for another INR 450 for changing of some coupling Tube. For my shock he was not carrying any bill for the same & even on Service Voucher no where was mentioned for the change of tube. I refused to pay the same with out bill & he said will send bill tomorrow to pay.
Now we thought AC will work properly but again in couple of days it stopped working and this time even not getting started. Again not to repeat the scenario of their service engineers for calling again n again.
and this time another problem came in picture of Condensor weak and after that front panel (PLC, Mother board), at last it took complete 1 month to rectify the problem and that also by replacing every part of the machine.....
Now I am crossing my fingures and hope it work properly for this HOT summer....
Guys be ware & dont buy Samsung products due to their Service issue "Total frustration, No satisfaction"...
Hope Samsung team also looking for these reviews posted for their pathetic Services..
