Samsung Support SUCKS

I bought AS18EFB one month back and started seeing problems. Called customer care and gave a complaint. As usual no one came to my house for checkup as promised. Next day I called in asked for manager and spoke to her.


Then I got a call from the engineer that he will be coming that day by evening. He came and confirmed that one circuit is gone bad and will replace it next day. I waited for him for 5 days and called back customer care and asked for manager. As no manager available to talk requested the rep that I need a call back from Manager as its 5 days since I had no use of the A/C .


Another week passed and till date no one came to fix the problem and no call received from customer care. Grt product and Grt customer support. Now I am looking for a different vendor for the planned Plasma TV I am planning to buy.
