Pathetic... just making fool of customer

I am really really pissed off of with Samsung Service. I really suggest you guys don’t buy any product specially  AC’s. The support staff don’t even care what should be done in first service they will just come for time pass n will tell you some prob. Rather rectifying the prob they will tell n give you a number to call some other 3rd party n will say they will resolve this problem in much lesser amt than Samsung.


And when you call these call center they are dumb people. when you ask about them the charges that will charge to rectify the problem they will say that they don’t know the amt that will be charged...fool of you call center guys.. who hired them on job....


if samsung service center’s guys is reading then just do some thing...
