Not to buy Samsung Products

Service back upt is pathetic. To begin with I bought a Split AC last year and it was working fine. We have heard that the company give three services on the AC.


But we never received any call from Samsung for any kind of servicing. Any how I logged a complaint for servicing the AC on 5th of April 09 and the person visited after two days and did some servicing and after that only split AC fan started giving some noise. I logged a complaint again on 12th but I didn’t get any service complaint no.


Now on 20th AC stopped working, I again logged the complaint on 21st, complt. no. 8408174461 after that I have made so many calls and nobody has turned up. The reply from your service department is horrible. It seems that I did blunder mistake by buying Samsung Split AC


Your call center people have given me the number of service center, nobody picks up the phone there. On 24th evening service technician "Shugal" visted our place and found the gas is leaked from the unit. He called his in charge Vikas and informed him to take further action. Still there is no response from your company.


Ridicules service.


Till today my AC is lying as it is and still I am waiting for useless service people to visit my place to pickup the AC and fix it back.


Who so ever is reading this is not at all recommended to buy Samsung Products.


Very Very Bad Service.


One needs to suffer alot if you need any kind of service.
