Today I am going to write this review on my personal experience for this Samsung C103FL microwave oven. We all know that Samsung is widely known brand thinking of this I ordered this microwave oven which came out to be a disaster. I bought this for 12, 000 rs
The internal disk glass which is kept inside the microwave stopped rotating after a while. It’s heat releasing capacity is not good. If I place my mug of milk on the right end it does not get heat up. But if I keep it on the left end it gets over heated.
When I contacted Samsung costumer care service
The executive assured me that my complaint is taken. And that person will come to see the problem within 3 days
But the person didnot turned up for 2 weeks
I had to repeatedly call for the help
It was a pain actually
And when he came he told me that I had to change the disk and it will cost 2000
which was not worth it.
This was my worst experience
The service was really bad. Moreover,
I had experienced short circuit in the microwave oven which is very dangerous.
Retention of heat is very necessary which has to be kept in mind before buying any microwave oven.
I will not recommend this microwave oven to any one
