I bought this piece for my wife around last august (2010). For one month we did not have any problems. But after that the phone hangs frequently. Switches off on its own. I thought its photo/images load. I off loaded them. But the problem persists. Its so unpredictable.
It starts fine sometimes. But again switches off on its own. Inspite of being in warranty period...the customer-care guys are worst at their best. They suggested the cover around the phone is the cause for all the problems...u can imagine their imagination/technical brilliance.
On one occasion they kept the phone for nearly 10 days and have no clue regarding the fault. My only suggestion keep away from CORBY best from SAMSUNG.
