I bought this mobile in july, after 3mon it started hanging very often I took it to the shop where I have purchased they said it needs software updating and asked me to go to customer service. I showed it in the service center with out testing they said that its because of the continuous pressure by the pouch covering the mobile. I purchased another soft cover for it.
Within 4days it suddenly switched off and was not starting again I took it to service center and this time after checking they said that its software problem and takes 2 days. when I went to collect it on the 3rd day they told me that its motherboard is gone and needs replacement. as the stock is not available it takes time. I asked for standby after lots of quarreling they gave me samsung guru mobile.
Which doesnt catch signal and is of no use. finally I got my mobile back after 15 days. with touch screen problems still persisting. this is the worst mobile I have ever used and the worst customer service I ever received. My ADVISE better not to buy any samsung products.
