Purchased the D820 about 3 months ago. Consiedrably a good phone minus a few irritating shortfalls. Starting with the sliding mechanism where most of the time you will jump into whatever shortcuts assigned as your fingers will accidently come over the shortcut keys and slippery keypad, unless your fingers are defined as chopsticks. Secondly, you have to jump more than 2 set of menus to reach one function. For example when you recieve or make a call and you want the speaker facility unlike the Nokia you have to skip 2 menus which is very bothersome as the other caller will be going on Halo Halo until you have finished stepping thru the menu commands. So Id say it is not as user friendly as Nokia. Lastly the music player and the recharging socket has a strange relation or so it seems as when my music was not being played the technician said the reason was due to the recharging socket damage and charged me US$40.00 saying this is not covered under warranty. So much for durability. Other than the above I recommend this phone as a good buy for the money.
