follow up: 28, 30 jul, 2, 4, 8 aug.
First my fridge stopped chilling. I was told to defrost and restart it. Nothing happened. Then the electricity in my house started getting fluctuated. Then my bses power meter burnt down nearly setting the whole building on fire. Your man said the fridge ecb is burnt down and needs replacement.
Despite several urgent attempts to get help from your company, the fridge is still nonfunctional for 20 days now!
the bses has taken away my meter for replacement till then they have given a direct connection.
I know one day I will give up on samsung finally. and I will get a new fridge( won’t be samsung for sure).
but before then I will give you this last chance to correct the fridge in 48 hours failing which I shall proceed in the consumer court and sue you for causing fire and danger to life and property by criminal negligence, professional lack of service and faulty product.
I promise you, by god- you have caused a lot of harassment.
