Samsung's Pathetic Response To Customer

Bought a samsung refrigerator in May. Such a poor quality of plastic used inside. One joint of vegetable box got broke in a month’s time and to my surprise even the channel on which it function is also damaged. Chasing with samsung customer care for last 11 days now.


Commitment is made everyday for resolution and the day passes with no action. Such a pathetic customer service that nobody turns up even after committing time and customer keeps on waiting. Sick of calling customer care everyday for at least ten time a day but it seems that doesn’t matter to any body in the Samsung.


Not expected from a company like Samsung. Pls stop taking customers for granted NOW!
