Finally bought e2152 a few days back for INR2929 from mobilestore, though I had a last minute dilemma between e2152 and 2370 Xcover, but I thought the 2370 was too fat. My first impression about e2152, my first ever Samsung
1)Slim form factor, though length could’ve been smaller.
2) 2 inch screen, Bright backlight for screen and keypad
3)Wireless FM with recording, voice recording, good ringing volume with vibration
4)Good call quality, good battery life
5)The UI looks good. Has ‘smart home’ where shorcuts can be added to home screen, has photocall, Calendar has list of festivals/holidays highlighted.
6)Torch light(better than my good old Nokia 1108) with dedicated key
- The Bad(I was disappointed)
1)The body is a fingerprint magnet, gets dirty in minutes, can get scratches very easily(it will be a dealbreaker for me, next time), feels very delicate.
2)Does not play videos(tried 3gp and mp4)
3)Only GPRS, whats the point of embedded SNS, only Opera mini 4 works
4)Speaker not very loud during call and sometimes FM
5)UI needs tweaking eg to activate Bluetooth from homecreen shortcut - Bluetooth > Options > Settings > On
6)Does not have mobile tracker
Other features: Fake call, SOS message(did not work for me), Image editor, mobile prayer, Games Sudoku, Cricket, Carrom)
Bottom line: A good VFM, but buy it only if you need Dual Sim, else Samsung e2370 Xcover might be a better option
