My brother - Ravi HS - 8861172567 purchased Samsung Galaxy A50 smart phone from the store Cai Mobiles, kengeri, bangalore, karnataka in the name of Renuka K.R - 9036472772 to full fill the need of smart phone to his smart daughter on july 4 2019.
Within 10 days phone started its star performance of malfunctions as mentioned below:
Handset cannot be unlocked.
wallpaper goes blank.
when call is placed, display flip flops.
Placed call cannot be teardown.
Phone gets hang and over heat is observed.
Cannot switch off the mobile.
When the complaint was given to service center, software updates were done and given for three times and the star malfunctioning resumes.
Observing this Ravi HS and family gave other complaint at rajajinagar, bhasham circle samsung service center on 14th august 2019.
Various reasons were given telling that change the sim and try, also was told your network problem.
Mobile is in observation and can be replaced, but no service given yet. Still mobile is with the service center. No action taken for the complaint registered [Reg.No: 4286745276]
