Samsung dealer sold me a defected piece of samsung A7.Both seller and samsung customer service center not agree to change my defective piece( manufacturing defect) .They have changed the mother board, one mini board etc to set ok mobile set.further I don’t know what they did with my mobile.
A customer who bought a big brand samsung mobile set of Rs. 26900/- and without his fault he got repaired set within a 20 days from purcahse How it become justified. In my view samsung have very poor support and selling defective pieces and creating harassment for customers
