Really samsung galaxy A7 is very useful mobile and I use one of the samsung mobile and this A7 have 16 gb rom and ram is choice-able you can choose as ur own if you want 1 gb or 2 gb or 3 gb its on you.
In my opinion I would choose 3 gb ram and this is the one of the best mobile I used and the best part of this mobile is driving mode, while driving your caller tunner become and it pronounce the caller name
